Item name and description pop-up config

Hello dear devs. I noticed that with your mod enabled, little pop-ups with item name and description no longer appear on pickup AND I didn't find an option to turn them back on. Please add such option when you can.

i suggest you tag this as a bug, because it alredy happened in previous versions and myself included right now.

This issue is worth fixing. It means that playing on single player on a modpack that contains this mod, you do not receive the chat notifications for items picked up and also do not see the popup. Because of this, it can be ambiguous which item you have picked up in certain situations. It would also be nice if we could get an option to enable the chat messages in single player lobbies as well.

Hey! This is a bug, and a result of a quick compatibility patch we did a while back to make the mod run at all after an update.

When the next update drops (soon) we’ll take a look at this bug and try to get it fixed!

Also, could you open a second issue for the “single player chat not working”? That should be an easy fix.

Hey, due to the recent drama with the latest update is there any intention to release a fix for the previous, stable/downgraded version of RoR2 (the Devotion update)?

Hey! By drama, do you just mean stuff breaking due to the update? If there’s something else going on I am unaware.

The current version on Thunderstore will work with the Devotion update (it is still the Devotion update, we’re working on the update for the new dlc right now), if you downgrade r2api and bepinex to the previous compatible versions.
