Private lockbox & Shipping Manifest loot

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Lockbox is very unbalanced right now, turning a white item into red/(green when its fixed) loot for all players

Describe the solution you'd like Make the lockbox loot private like printers

Describe alternatives you've considered Anyone with a key gets the legendary shared and their key removed as well

Additional context key printers are crazy

This will (theoretically) be an easy solution, as it'll just require me to set the lockboxes to be counted in the printer/cauldron fix. I'll add it to the 3.0.0 milestone, and we'll add a config option for it. Thanks!

Can this be done for the free multishop from Shipping Request Form as well? Item sharing from that shop makes the shipping request form a bit too good.
