Chrome extention : If a issue is closed the fund button should be greyed out

We don't support funding of a closed issue. The button "fund" should be disabled and greyed out.

@karelstriegel What do we do with Github issues that don't have funding and are closed. The button is 1 thing, but what about the sidebar? Show a message? "Funding on closed issues is not possible" or something like that?

@Simsteve7 I've checked the develop branch and there this issue has not been resolved. Could it be that you've fixed it in a branch?
