Event based stats editor

This will be the first step towards event based achievement unlocking. This issue will display my progress (if any) towards this goal. The progress will be committed to the "events" branch which will be created upon the first progress There is no way to get stat names beyond guesswork and the provided stats that show on profiles therefore displaying a comprehensive list is impossible.

The editor itself will be a proof of concept and very barebones. It will include the following:

• Input for the stat name
• Input for the desired stat value
• Input for extra data

This most likely will not be achieved using standard HTTPS requests like title managed achievements and stats. This would have been the ideal route although intercepting these requests is a pain. Actual implementation will be weird and may not even be c# although it will still remain avaliable within this repo.
