[Bug]: Games refresh on Changes

What version of the Xbox Achievement Unlocker were you using (you can see this in the settings page)?

What is the bug?

When I go to Games and select a game, I end up in Achievements. If I now unlock all achievements here and go back to Games, this is not updated here. However, it should only be reloaded if there are changes.
