Bluebomb does not currently work on System Menu 1.0U

Mentioned in Discord, but am also putting it here for reference.

Using a created stage0.bin with a .app file extracted from a working System Menu 1.0U WAD, Bluebomb does not work.

It works fine up until the point it is uploading the payload, and about halfway or two thirds of the way through, it causes the Wii to freeze and make the BEEEEEEE crash noise.

It could be an issue with the stage0.bin file itself, but I'm not sure.
