How to compile the SWF file?

Open Leseratte10 opened this issue 3 years ago • 0 comments

I'm trying to set up FlashHax myself, but where do I get a working payload SWF file from? The Readme in the Pull Request states that as of V2.1 I don't need to compile the SWF file, but then where do I get a working one from?

The one in use on flashhax.com doesn't have the automatic region and frequency detection (it needs the user to manually select the region), and the one in use on chadsoft.co.uk seems not to be compatible with payload binaries compiled using the script(s) in this repository.

Is there a guide about how to get a proper, working SWF file that autodetects the region and works with payloads created from the code in this repo? I can't find a proper download for "Adobe Flash Professional CS5.5" that doesn't look like one of these scam websites.

I just found "Adobe Animate", which complains that ActionScript 2 is no longer supported, that I need to convert to ActionScript 3, and that gives me compiler errors ...
