How to set up compatibility with mobile devices? Through the desktop everything works fine, but when trying to use smartphone, you can’t connect the wallet

I have this same problem, i get the prompt for connecting the wallet but the mobile phantom wallet doesn't promt for authentication... would really appreciate help with this
