Problem to download firmware

At the begining all is ok I see well the Respeacker Microphone array in my device manager. but when I clic to start (to download the firmware) windows say that he don't know peripheral and the respeaker firmware upgrade do not arrrive to download the firmware.

Can you provide the firmware version number(you can see it when you load the DFU tool and plug the mic array in your pc)?

I also had this problem. You can solve with a combination between system restart, driver uninstalling and unplug / plug in respeaker mic array.

I propose to unistall driver, then try to upgrade firmware. If it doesnt work, check if driver is still removed and restart system. Then try again - it should work.
