Weird Popup and issues

I keep getting a popup saying that I have to type in a "secret code" to gain access, and that if I don't type in the secret code, I have to type in something else to delete the program. On top of this, I have also been trying to use the extension and it is not putting my kiddos in grid view, but almost in a type of list? I can see their names along the side and their boxes are teeny-tiny in the middle all in a single column. Definitely need an address on both issues, please!

The column/list problem is common, however, I don't know any fixes for the list problem. Can you take a screenshot of the "secret code" popup, if you still get it?
