Restarting arena can cause cards to get stuck

I saw this on a stream, extension was not showing the corect cards but ones that were played in older games. Streamer was able to fix it by exiting MTGA, removing the MTGA log file(it was ~300MB) and starting MTGA

Hopefully this can help you figure out what the underlying issue is.
