Uninstalled components are stated to be installed

Problem

Preventing the downloading of components leads to fuelup believing they are installed and it blocks you from attempting to install them again.

Steps

  1. Create a new toolchain fuelup toolchain new <name>
  2. Install components with a bad connection fuelup component add [email protected]
  3. When it says it's downloading components kill the process
  4. Check if fuelup has installed the components with fuelup show it should say that everything is not found
  5. Repeat step 2 to install components and get a message saying that your chosen version of forc is already installed.

Had to delete the toolchain entirely from the directory and even after trying a different version I had the same issues.

Possible Solution(s)

No response

Notes

Had a slow internet connection so I was stuck downloading the binaries for a while. Ended up killing the process to try again which presented this issue.

Ended up switching to latest and waiting till it installs everything

Fuelup version

0.19.5

Installed components

Tried 0.44.0 and then 0.44.1
