Customize auto lock timeout

Motivation

15min lock timeout is too short for usage purposes sometimes.

I would also recommend this functionality. Of the many heuristics I use while testing, one of them is the Comparable Products heuristic from the HICCUPPS oracle principles. The same functionality that @bethatguyad has highlighted in the OKX wallet can also be found in the Metamask wallet.

Comparable Products - We expect the system to be consistent with systems that are in some way comparable. This includes other products in the same product line; competitive products, services, or systems; or products that are not in the same category but which process the same data; or alternative processes or algorithms.

Using the heuristic above, it would be make sense to have the same functionality in the Fuel wallet to fall in-line with industry standards.
