Update list of projects ready for Mainnet

• Go through projects.json and update the projects
• In Ecosystem page - Change "Live" tag to "Live on Mainnet"

As an application end user or developer, I want to know which projects are live on testnet and mainnet.

What if we did a badge for each of Mainnet and Testnet, and if it's live in the given environment, we put a green dot next to it; Otherwise we put an empty grey dot next to it?

Eg. Right now Sentio would be:

Mainnet [Green Dot]

Testnet [Green Dot]

And Spark would be:

Mainnet [Empty grey dot]

Testnet [Green Dot]
