improve way to run packages inside nextjs

right now the app-explorer is the main package which runs the other ones, introducing workarounds like this one, made to run the portal inside of the nextjs structure

this issue aims have a better structure, with a central package to run the whole fuel portal under nextjs, but using the applications of the portal (explorer, bridge, ecosystem page) in a more smart way
