This PR includes a document explaining Fuel's modular design and Blockchain Modular Architecture by introducing concepts such as Layers, Rollups, Scalability Trilemma, Briding, etc.

Currently, this doc explains the modularity in blockchains involving concepts as Blockchain Trilemma, Rollups and Settlement.

Next step is to introduce the concepts of Rollup Os and Layer 3 in order to present Fuel as a key technology for the next stage of Blockchains and DLTs evolution.

Expect grammar and style issues during the remaining of the composing process, however, comments are welcome.
