Add "Transaction not found" feedback in Transaction page

currently if you access block explorer with invalid transactionId (https://fuellabs.github.io/block-explorer-v2/transaction/12132213231231), you get stuck in a blank page

We should add feedback Sorry, we didn't find any transaction with the id 0x12132213231231 and a button to redirect to home
