Doesnt' work with emacs27 cc mode

when we type ), the desired behavior would be: ( ) |

however, smartparen shows ( ) | ), and after a second, the last ) automatically disappears and becomes the correct ( ) |.

when in emacs26, the extra redundant ) will never appear.
