Emacs 26.2 (9.0) "ctrl-x [" and "ctrl-x ]" bound to backward-page / forward-page issue in PHP mode

Unless you have a ^L in your PHP file, it goes to the beginning and end of the file respectively.

It's inconsistent. jumps backward and forward to positions after either a space, "=" single quote

go to the beginning of the file and type "ctrl-x ["
