dired-subtree: Respect the value of dired-actual-switches

Some users, me included, customize the switches used by dired per directory with .dir-locals.el by setting dired-actual-switches there. While dired-maybe-insert-subdir (i) respects this variable, dired-subtree didn't. This PR aims to fix it.
