Mouse wheel actions

It would be nice to configure a bulb or group of bulbs to control with the mouse wheel over the tray icon, e.g. for brightness.

In general a good idea, however, that would need an additional config entry. I did hit a bug in plasma when adding an additional category, basically the UI froze whenever you opened the config and it had more categories than vertically showable without scrolling.

If that can be fixed, I am open to pull requests.

Something that would likely work without additional config is just "dim all currently active" or even "dim all". Maybe it would make sense, however, to have a separate plasmoid for certain custom actions, so e..g. you can have one that enables / disables all lights on click.
