Multi-language support

New version of QBooru should have localization support (maybe .txt files with key=value strings). I'd make Russian translation then.

I'll try to see what Qt gives us in term of functionality with QStrings. I think there's a way to do it with the tr() function and QtLinguist or something.

Translations is very easy as it turned out. I can't make options tab and QComboBox with language selection cause I don't know Qt. If you make them I'll do the rest (logic for language switcher, tr() for QStrings, Russian translation and translation guide).
