installation error

Hi I am from Mexico. with the release of version 1.7 of twitched in roku. I can not install the channel, I get an installation error. I had the channel of twiched installed previously but due to a factory restart now it does not let me install the twitched channel. I have no problems installing other channels. the installation error only happens to me with the twitched channel. I'm desperate. I have gone to the technical support of roku and they do not solve the problem.

  • Roku Firmware: 9.0.9 build 4144-28]
  • Roku Model: Roku express +
  • Twitched Version: Twitched Zero 1.7

We have no control over the installation process of apps on Roku devices.

I think I have found the problem. I'm from Mexico, the channel doesn't appear if my Roku device has the language in Spanish. I have changed the language of my roku device to English and now the channel appears.

Maybe using english as base language for other languages could solve the problem.
