These are two resources I use heavily. Leanpub has some great content, much of it free. Safari books online has a huge number of books and videos on front-end development...
Otherwise, the book can't really be read. Ah, uuh. That should be one of the golden rules of html5 frontend design ;) Maybe integrate that wisdom into the book, too?
