Call for contributors campaign

Let's create a bigger campaign for a "call for contributors":

We need to implement:

1. dedicated page for this, where we have answers for all questions
2. visuals for all Social Networks

We need to make sure we:

1. Have our CONTIBUTING.md guide well defined
2. Have a "HOW TO RUN" guide well defined, so people can install on their PCs
3. Have our Git Issues well defined
