Get feedback from users regarding a lesson

Features:

• rating system (maybe starts?)
• textarea input for some more feedback if they want to share

I'm thinking this should be a subtle toast.

Concerns: how do we handle on mobile. If you're reading from your phone and suddenly this component appears it might be annoying.

Questions: when do we show this?

• fixed time after entering a lesson
• if it "read the lesson" -> how do we know if it did?
• others...?
