Plan:

Breakdown:

1. Presenter gets to connect their laptop. HDMI + Audio Out
2. Presenter is handed a microphone. Lapel or Mic on stand?
3. Presenter video out goes via an HDMI splitter to: 3.1 A display(tv or projector) 3.2 A Streaming Laptop
4. Presenter Mic goes to audio control
5. Presenter laptop audio out goes to audio control (audio control lets us adjust and mute volumes)
6. Audio Control goes to Streaming laptop
7. Audio Control goes to Physical Loudspaker in the room (beware of echo)
8. Camera goes to Streaming Laptop
9. Streaming laptop is setup with OBS and stream to network (youtube)
10. Recording laptop( can be same devices as streaming laptop records offline

• Loudspeaker
