items don't show up in inventory

I add items with the program and save it but when I join game they are not there. When I load up that same save in saveeditor the items that I added are still there but I can't see them in game

I have a similar issue, but it's the other way around, one gun (Lucian's Call) will not show up in the editor, but it is still in my inventory, leaving me unable to edit it.
