I can't translate Thai

When translated to Thai, it will be a question mark.

Make sure you use unicode/utf8 encoding for the translation file. If I remember correctly, any other encoding may get question marks when trying to convert characters from whatever encoding the translation files have to unicode/utf8.

I checked if it's utf-8 but I think it's the font. How to fix this problem?

if it's the font, you can try changing it in the settings.
