Pause emulator when opening the menu - or make it configurable

FS-UAE should either automatically pause the emulator when opening the menu, or an option should be provided to allow for this functionality.

Is there any chance this could be considered for a release? I love fs-uae but this inconsistency has bugged me for many years now.

Personally I wouldn’t bother with a configuration option as I can’t think of a single other emulator that keeps the game running whilst you are browsing menu options.

I second this change and on review of mrsilver76's PR, I would vote for merging this.

Updated PR after I accidentally mangled my fork 🙄

Default is now the existing functionality and users must include menu_auto_pause = 1 to enable auto pausing.
