High resolution screen modes with UAEGFX don't work anymore

In fs-uae 4.0.71-master any resolution with UAEGFX higher than 1024x768 don't work properly anymore, this has been working flawlessly before with version 3. The screen is garbled and not reacting to any input anymore, I'm attaching screenshots.

It would also be nice to have an option to get rid of the sidebars with the LEDs.

Found that with stretch = 1 at least the side bars are gone, but same issue with high resolutions persists.
