restore options page

The link http://fs-uae.net/docs/options presents an empty page. Is that something that has gone missing on purpose?

The latest one that I can find was https://web.archive.org/web/20160311180137/http://fs-uae.net/options then it got discontinued.

Having the options listed in a single TL;DR style helps to get started. I realise there may be some useful information found in the comments but it's very inconvenient to use.
