Write chosen base directory to base-dir config file?

In anticipation of the default base directory being changed from ~/Documents/FS-UAE to ~/FS-UAE, it would be a good idea if FS-UAE starts writing the current base directory to this config file, so that when the default changes, it won't affect existing users.
