Re-enable support for multiple mice on macOS

Currently disabled due to security warnings.

  • Either enable with an explicit option (and live with the security warnings)
  • Or try to fix the source and see if it can be worked around. See recently applied SDL2 patch (https://github.com/FrodeSolheim/fs-uae/commit/4b50bbe6c60ef8bb42f1523531e5621d4db3ce74) for a solution to a similar problem.
