putty telnet (support for serial_translate=crlf=cr)
I can succesfully connect to emulated Amiga with WB3.1, using AUX device and "newcli aux:". If I then use PuTTY to connect to the terminal, I get two enters for every enter, and output seems to require me to keep hitting enter. It is exactly like described here: http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=77747
This leads me to believe there is a translation mode required due to the broken-ness of Windows telnet implementations (note this also happens with regular telnet.exe).
Alas, any help with this much appreciated! Hope it is as simple as porting that option over from WinUAE!
It seems quite trivial to add support for currprefs.serial_crlf. But it's not a high-priority task. Maybe a good task for contributions? I'll add some tags to indicate this.
