Deleted adf not removed from available adf

i have one directory with some adf, i delete some of them and rescan database but even after restart the launcher they are still there. If i delete the directory from list and readd it the purge is done and the adf that i removed not showing anymore.

To temporary fix the problem (and not rescan all roms/whdload files) i remove Launcher.sqlite then i redo a scan and re-start fs-uae-launcher (always the last build with fs-uae and no install done) and the deleted files are remove
