Add doclet for JAX-WS

I'm a bit baffled why there is no support for JAX-WS at all. SOAP may not be the most popular protocol but still it is widely used. If you are not opposed to the idea, I may work on it, provided I find some time (which unfortunately is unlikely in the near future :confused:).

Sorry but I've left SOAP behind in 2001 and haven't looked back. I'm not going to do this, though I'm not opposed to someone else contributing it. Good luck with that ;)

I'll see whether I can persuade my employer to let me use some code for that. I started working at this for our own purposes but maybe have to scrap it anyway.

Ok. This was one of those well-intentioned... intentions. I'm not going to work on this in the foreseeable future and probably never at all. Unfortunately this project seems more or less dead anyway.

You decide whether to close or not. :)

It is indeed hibernating until either I get more time to work on it, which is unlikely, or someone cares about it and wants to take over.
