added option to not deny installation of ShakeTune
@Frix-x Due to an issue reported about the Klippain installation, I think this is a good addition for debugging purposes to cross out a possible ShakeTune - Klippain cross repo dependency

I'll close this issue since S&T is now used everywhere and is in fact mandatory in Klippain to avoid a crash when running an accelerometer.
So having it automatically installed is needed.
