Support for BD Sensor

With multiple Brands coming out with a repackaged PandaPi BD Sensor(BTT is the latest one with the EDDY sensor) it would would probably be good to have it as a option for a sensor.

Thanks for the feature request. I know some people already running this sensor with Klippain using their overrides so it should definitely be possible

@Kiiiddd Hello, I am curious if you had the BDsensor working with Klippain? I use the BDsensor and I am thinking going with Klippain. Should I go there or not ? Is your BDsensor working in real ttime adjust or just meshing ?
