Add admin screens / process for adding common OAuth providers

Administrators and users configuring an instance of TagzApp should be able to configure several OAuth services from the Admin screen. Initial services should include:

• Microsoft
• GitHub
• Google

Perhaps Facebook and Twitter logins can be considered in the first pass as well
