Sentiment Analysis of messages

Let's add a positive/negative sentiment indicator to messages on the moderation screen with a configurable option to show the indicator on the waterfall ui.

One idea would be to use smiley faces to show sentiment, but they are too similar. :smile: :frowning_face:
