Handle Content Warnings on Mastodon

Mastodon users can hide text/images behind a content warning.

Perhaps TagzApp should be able to handle these and keep the content hidden by default?

Interesting idea.. something unique to Mastodon.

Perhaps moderators should see the warning and be given an option of what to do with it? I think there's a few directions to go with this.

Let's tag for a future release, as I think the current state of showing everything in a message coupled with the planned moderation feature should be ok for a minimum viable product.

We need more discussion and planning for what this feature will entail
