Launcher destroys itself if connection gets reset during update

Describe the bug Launcher destroys itself if connection gets reset during update.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Init launcher update.
2. Turn of wifi\pull the ethernet cable\toggle vpn
3. Update stops
4. When you try to restart the launcher you see this:

Expected behavior Launcher shouldn't overwrite itself during an update, while the new build is not completely downloaded and not verified.

Desktop:

• OS: Windows 11

the old version should have been moved to an old_launcher folder, can you check if it's there?

Just retried it and yes, it does get moved, i somehow didn't see the folder at first. It'd be nice to edit the fail popup.

Also while reproducing this i've found somewhat of an edge-case. If internet connection gets severed before the download process actually starts we get this. But i feel like this is extremely unlikely to happen to anyone.
