I as a user want to have a list of the tools and their files/lines/packages

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] List is written in the Docs

Additional Information

• Create a list of the tools and the relevant files/lines/packages.
• Document that this is a collection of best practices, and that the user is expected to pick from them, not use all of them.
• Prioritize the tools: Which should one use first (or always)?
