Change .Build directory to composer default

Goal

I as a user would like to have the .Build directory to the composer related configuration directory

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] the .Build directory is moved
  • [ ] the tests are running fine

Additional Information

Move to default directories for composer related configuration

  • [ ] bin
