Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It would be nice, if the labeler action also labels the issues, so it will be easier to see, which issue is a bug or not.

Describe the solution you'd like Adding an action to the github workflow, which also labels the issues.

Additional context If it is not possible or not wanted, just close this. I could create a PR for this, too.

I actually wanted to refactor the whole template but go ahead, if you can improve the thing, feel free to make a pr.
