📚 [DOC] Transfer documentation changes into backend module context-sensitive help

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The context-sensitive help of the fields in the Extension Builder backend module are outdated and incomplete.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a context-sensitive help to every field of the Extension Builder backend module and insert the related information of the documentation in a reduced form.

Additional context The documentation has recently received a major overhaul, from which the user of the Extension Builder tool should benefit implicitly.

https://docs.typo3.org/m/typo3/reference-coreapi/main/en-us/ApiOverview/ContextSensitiveHelp/Index.html CSH will be removed in TYPO3 12. I can use descriptions instead.

I will think about this issue as I am focussing now on bugfixing and get this extension ready for TYPO3 12.
