Support for Symfony 7

Symfony 7 released. Please, bump symfony/console, symfony/framework-bundle and symfony/dependency-injection component to the latest version.

Hi @XWB, do you have an idea for a release date about the support of Symfony 7 ?

If I well understand the PR #1938 add the Sf 7 support but wait for doctrine/phpcr-odm 2.0 release. doctrine/phpcr-odm have been released and then the PR #1940 add the support to it (as explains in the first PR).

Perhaps there's a blocking point ? Can we help ?
