Is there a reason for setting outputWalkers to true in ORMPageProvider?

In line 95 in ORMPageProvider

$pager = new PagerfantaPager(new Pagerfanta(new DoctrineORMAdapter($qb)));

It produces a really heavy query when populating on large tables (takes about 30 seconds, sometimes more) I think setting outputWalkers to false should be the default...

$pager = new PagerfantaPager(new Pagerfanta(new DoctrineORMAdapter($qb, true, false)));
