Email notifications setting

Please describe the feature you would like to see implemented.

It would be nice to have a user specific setting to disable email notifications from certain shops. This way users within an organisation can decide which shops they should get notifications from.

Maybe this can be done with a toggle button on the shop overview, which sets the config for the current user?
